We are currently investigating an issue that is causing the quality of AI audio generated through RadioNewsAI to be degraded. We recommend that stations, at this time, check scheduled newscasts before they air. Exporting affected newscasts again should resolve the issue in the meantime.

We have identified the cause and the degradation seems to affect individual stories, rather than full newscasts. We recommend customers perform a minor edit on the story script at https://app.radionewsai.com/stories . Then, when that script is next used in a newscast, it will be freshly regenerated.
