This incident has been resolved. A faulty configuration was sent to our ad servers, which impacted the service we use to determine a user's device details. This caused the ad servers to slow down, or fail, when processing incoming requests. The issue was identified by our automated monitoring system and was quickly resolved by our engineers. The issue started at around 03:07 UTC and was fully restored by 03:27 UTC.
