    For a period of roughly 1 hour from the incident start time, any IP targets on line items and creatives did not match requests, resulting in under-delivery on line items and creatives that used this type of targeting. Other types of targeting were not affected. Additionally, the fix for this issue caused a secondary issue which was that for a period of approximately 90 minutes updates made to the api were not processed in the ad server. These incidents have now been resolved and all updates that were made in this period have now been processed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
