    There was a switch failure in our German data centre, which caused a loss of connectivity between the API and database servers. The outage commenced at 2022-02-08, 07:40 PM UTC and was resolved three minutes later at 2022-02-08, 07:43 PM UTC. The system is back operating as normal.
