Update timeline

  1. investigating Jun 26, 2023, 10:52 AM UTC

Our monitoring informed us about an host failure in nbg6-nn. We are currently investigating the problem.

  2. identified Jun 26, 2023, 11:02 AM UTC

It seems like an host had a purple screen (like blue screen on Windows) caused by the driver/hardware. All VMs were automatically moved to different hosts and restarted. We are currently identifying affected customer machines and have started recovery procedures for them. If any customer help is required we will contact them.

  3. resolved Jun 26, 2023, 03:33 PM UTC

The error that led to the purple screen has been found and fixed. All VMs have been restored and are running as usual.
