    We are currently investigating an issue where Real-Time Device actions may be slow to respond in the User Interface. The actions should still run when performed, but the responses back may be delayed. This may additionally impact seeing GoLive > Real Time Device Metrics, GoLive > ScreenShots, and automatic PPPC Detections when creating Smart Software.

    The issue has been identified. We have applied temporary fix while we continue to work on a permanent resolution. This fix will restore functionality except for the following: GoLive > Real Time CPU and Memory Metrics GoLive > ScreenShots GoLive > Processes GoLive > Updates on iOS Devices GoLive > Installed Profiles Refresh Functionality
