    There was a potential issue in a newly deployed version 1.9.6 of the TrustedForm Certify SDK, deployed Nov 8 at 9:36 AM CST. Some pages that use the SDK were reporting not having the certificate URL added to the form. The changes were rolled back to version 1.9.4 on Nov 8 at 1:52 PM CST.
