An issue in the regular BIN file import routine had an error due to an unexpected change in the underlying file format (this was a change made by Visa and Barclaycard without informing us or fully testing). This format change caused a wider error in updating the BIN database which ultimately resulted in several transactions being blocked due to missing / incorrect BIN data.
