    Due to some upstream external data being unavailable at present, we are not currently updating the welcome list zone file (lists/white.zone). This will have no effect on the effectiveness of Guardian Mail as this data does not go stale quickly. We will start updating the zone file again as soon as the upstream data is fixed and we'll resolve this incident at that point.
