An unexpected downtime event impacting AbrigoID, through which many institutions access their Abrigo applications. The application became inaccessible beginning at 4:00 am ET on December 18, 2023, and access was restored at 8:26 am ET. Performance deteriorated again between 10:45 AM and 11 AM ET. We are continuing to actively monitor system performance and availability. System availability is also reported on status.abrigo.com. Our team will complete a Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
