Abrigo experienced a brief interruption to DNS resolvability for several applications including Sageworks Analyst and some instances of BAM+ starting at 9:41 AM ET. The issue was corrected by 9:45 AM ET. Some services with longer TTL caches may have experienced partial service disruption until 10:05 AM ET. The issue has been fully resolved.
