    You are receiving this notification because you have been identified as an active CloudStor user and therefore are subscribed to AARNet Service's status notifications. We have identified an issue with SWAN notebook sessions created prior to Friday 30th September 13:30 AEST. The errors seen might be a "504 session time out" / "502 error" and/or hanging browser. This was due to an emergency backend change performed on Friday 30th September 13:30 AEST to apply certain security restrictions to the service. Sessions created after Friday 30th September 13:30 AEST will not be impacted and should run as normal. Unfortunately as a workaround the sessions created prior (impacted sessions) have now been stopped. If you have one of these sessions, you will now need to launch a new one.
