We are experiencing critical problems with the Assetwebservice API. We are investigating the problem and will update the soonest.

There was an unplanned outage (broken components) with the API datacenter affecting the API services. All services are now restarted, and we are back to normal state. We are actively monitoring the status at the moment.

Base on the monitoring the Assetwebservice SOAP service appears to be running normally again. We keep closely monitoring the status, and keep upgrading the backend services during Q1/2018.
