    Description: We experienced a service disruption today due to an outage affecting Cloudflare, our DNS and security infrastructure provider. This resulted in our platform being inaccessible to users. Impact: During the incident, users were unable to access our platform. All services relying on Cloudflare's DNS resolution, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and DDoS protection were affected. Root Cause: The disruption was caused by an upstream outage with Cloudflare's infrastructure. As we utilize Cloudflare for critical services including DNS management, WAF, and DDoS mitigation, the outage prevented traffic from reaching our platform. Resolution: Service was restored once Cloudflare resolved the issues with their infrastructure. We have confirmed that all systems are now operating normally.
