Apr 1 , 18:21 BST Identified - We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue impacting Smart Messaging and the Product Dashboard AI Assistant. We are also experiencing degraded performance on the voice booking name transcription. We have identified the root cause of these issues and are working on a solution.
