Single Sign On access to Quaver (including Sign in with Google and sign in from other 3rd party platforms such as Clever, Schoology, ClassLink, etc) was briefly down for all users. Our SSO server had a mechanical failure and had to be decommissioned without warning. This caused an outage from approximately 12:30 pm central to 1:15 pm central. We are now looking into ways that we can prevent and/or respond to this type of issue more efficiently in the future to reduce downtime.
