QuaverEd experienced a major incident on August 19, 2019 affecting Single Sign-On into QuaverEd, lasting 51m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

There is an issue with our ClassLink Oauth2 SSO app that is causing users to get an error. We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working with ClassLink to resolve it as soon as possible. This only affects users utilizing our ClassLink Oauth2 app. Our SAML and LTI ClassLink users are not affected.

This issue has now been resolved. All ClassLink Oauth2 SSO users should be able to access Quaver via their ClassLink Oauth2 SSO app again. We have confirmed with users that they are getting back in smoothly. Our integrations team is working with ClassLink to ensure this issue does not recur.
