QuaverSEL.com (both the info site and product site) were unavailable this morning from 11:01 am central to 11:50 am central. This was first discovered and reported internally at 11:01 am central. Our development team responded immediately and discovered it was an SSL error, where we had had a certificate expire. We had already renewed our certificate prior to expiration, but unfortunately we had not properly installed the new certificate on the server. We have now installed the new certificate on the server and QuaverSEL.com became available again at 11:50 am central. We are reviewing our SSL certificate management process to ensure that we do not encounter this error again. We are taking extra steps to ensure that we renew and update all SSL certificates on the proper timelines in the future.
