    CRB have been notified of an ongoing incident with our partnered network, which impacts transactions (potential time out). The issue seems to impact transactions intermittently. And update will be rolled out once more information is revealed. Incident occurred at: 11:18 AM EST - ongoing.

    At the moment, the issue seems to be mitigated. Currently - there's some slowness in the process of approving/declining transactions, but there aren't any transactions that are timed-out.
